About Emma's Cottage Vineyard

Emma's Cottage Vineyard, situated in the Lovedale region of the Hunter Valley, is a boutique winery which produces a wonderful selection of hand-crafted wines with distinctive flavours and unique character. 

There are seven acres of vines planted to seven different grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Semillon, Shiraz and Verdelho. All the wines are made from grapes grown on their property.

David Hook is the winemaker who takes care of all the viticulture by hand. His reputation in the Hunter Valley is growing rapidly. He cares for the wines through every step of the production process, from vineyard to Cellar Door. Thus the quality of his efforts is assured and the wines produced are superb.

A wide range of wines are available to taste, including the classics reds and whites, the sparkling wines, the rose and desert wine, among which are: Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Semillon, Shiraz and Verdelho

Emma's Cottage Hunter Valley Accommodation has two self-contained, 2-bedroom cottages set on thirty acres of Hunter Valley wine country. Guests can relax on private patios, while sipping a glass of delicious wine from the estate and enjoy the beautiful rural views.

The cottages have a modern interior, with accommodation for up to four people. There are ample bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests, stylish kitchen and bathroom, large dining area and living room space with television, CD player and DVD player. Outside there are barbecue facilities with outdoor furniture.
